Bill Payment

Medina Water Supply Corporation accepts checks, money orders or cash as payment.  Please note, we cannot accept large amount coin payments in the office.

• Please return the right side of the bill with your payment and keep the left side for your records. 
• If paying by check, please do not post date checks and write your account number in the memo section of your check.   
• Money orders (except USPS money orders) should be signed on front by the purchaser. 
• Any cash payments should be made at our office during office hours (Tues, Wed, Thurs  11am - 3pm) so that the amount can be verified by the member and office staff.  PLEASE DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX.

*** Payment By Mail ***

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with the right side of the bill. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Do not send cash by mail.  Our mailing address is: Medina WSC, P.O. *** Payment Drop-off Location ***

You may pay your bill in person at our office address (13958 B Hwy 16 North).  Our office is a small brown building with a red door behind the left side of Medina Ace Hardware store facing the Apple store.  Our office hours are Tues, Wed, Thurs.  11am - 3pm.  There is an after-hours drop box on the door for check/money order payments only, please do not put cash into the drop box.  

*** Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay ***

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to reach our office so schedule your payment in time to avoid any late fee.  Please consult with your bank for more information.
