Meter Reading

The Medina WSC reads customer meters around the 20th of the month.  Between the 20th and the end of the month, meter readings are entered into the billing system, verified if necessary and the bills printed.  Payments received after the due date may not be reflected on the new bills.  Bills are taken to the US Post Office on the last business day of the month.  The Medina Post Office sends all mail to the San Antonio mail processing center for processing before being returned to Medina to your mailbox.  If you have not received your water bill by about the 10th of the month, please call us at (830) 589-7689 to find out your balance due.
