Proposed Bylaws Changes

There will be four (4) proposed changes to the Bylaws:

- A majority of the proposed changes are to either remove terms proxy voting/voting agent or change them to Mail-in Ballot, as proxy voting is no longer allowed in these elections as per Texas Water Code Chapter 67. (Article 6 & Article 18)
- There are two (2) proposed changes that would allow for annual meeting notices to be posted to the website, instead of being mailed to each individual member each year. This mailing process unnecessarily costs significant time and money each year to the Corporation. Likewise, The Open-Meeting Act allows for these notifications to be posted via a company website. (Article 6 & Article 7)
- There is one (1) proposed change to add clarification to the section on Membership Deposit Refunds. (Article 9)
